Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 tespoon minced garlic
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup halved ripe olives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked penne pasta
  • Feta cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta al dente according to package directions.

  • Step 2: While it's cooking, briefly saute garlic in olive oil; add chicken, tomatoes and tomato sauce, olives, and spices. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Drain pasta, reserving some of the cooking liquid. Add pasta to chicken mixture; stir to combine. Simmer for 15 minutes, adding pasta cooking liquid if necessary.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle feta cheese on top.
