Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces canned pumpkin puree
  • 4 ounces white vinigar
  • 6 ounces water
  • 14 ounces sugar
  • 1 1/2 lemons (juice of)
  • 1/2 lemon (finely chopped with skin)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 2 ounces water
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Choose the pepper you wish to use and bring to a boil the first 7 ingredients mixing well

  • Step 2: In a bowl mix the water and cornstarch together and mix into the mixture and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. Put in container and cover and refrigerate. Make at least 1 day in advance to let flavors blend. Shake before serving
