Step 1: Heat oil in skillet and add rosemary and garlic. When fragrant, add potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Brown potatoes over medium heat, then lower heat and cook until done, 20-25 minutes. If a few pieces are not quite done, add 1/4 cup water to skillet and stir potatoes, allowing steam to finish them up (repeat if necessary).
Step 3: Toss potatoes with Parmesan cheese and serve at once.
