Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Lightly coat the bottom of a baking pan with olive oil spray.
Step 3: Place the fillets onto the pan, skin side down.
Step 4: Drizzle the sesame oil over the salmon.
Step 5: Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the fish.
Step 6: Mix together the marmalade and ginger; rub over the fish with the back of a spoon.
Step 7: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes when poked with a fork. (The cook time will depend on how thick the fillets are).
