Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 fillets (16 ounces) fresh salmon (8 ounce each fillet)
  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil (dark)
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger (jarred)
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh ground pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2: Lightly coat the bottom of a baking pan with olive oil spray.

  • Step 3: Place the fillets onto the pan, skin side down.

  • Step 4: Drizzle the sesame oil over the salmon.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt and pepper over the fish.

  • Step 6: Mix together the marmalade and ginger; rub over the fish with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 7: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until fish flakes when poked with a fork. (The cook time will depend on how thick the fillets are).
