Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 ounces whiskey (Jack Daniels)
  • 12 ounces beer (Guiness Stout)
  • 1/2 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 2 ounces soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the beer, whiskey and the oil.

  • Step 2: Add the Worcestershire & tabasco sauce; bring to a slow boil & add the white pepper, garlic, salt, cinnamon, & honey, mix well, turn off heat, and allow to cool to room temperature.

  • Step 3: Use immediately or store in a glass jar in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
