  • 2 1/2 pounds small red potatoes, cut in half

  • 8 to 12 cloves garlic, peeled (or more, if you love garlic)
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil; add potatoes and garlic and bring back to a boil.
