Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2: In a small bowl mix together flour, 2 Tablespoons sugar, milk, salt and oil.
Step 3: Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Step 4: Bake for 10 minutes; remove from oven, set aside to cool.
Step 5: In a medium sauce pan, heat 1 cup sugar, corn syrup, cornstarch and water until clear and thickened.
Step 6: Stir in strawberry gelatin; remove from burner and set aside to cool.
Step 7: Fold strawberries into the cooled gelatin mixture.
Step 8: Pour into crust and chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 9: Cut into wedges and serve.
Step 10: Great with whipped cream.
Step 11: Refrigerate leftovers (if there any).
