Step 1: Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2: Brown chicken and garlic in hot oil in a large saute pan.
Step 3: Add wine, broth, lemon juice, and spices.
Step 4: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 5: Remove chicken and garlic from pan and keep warm.
Step 6: Mix together remaining wine with the flour and mix into the pan juices, stirring briskly.
Step 7: Bring to a boil and cook until thickened.
Step 8: Serve sauce with chicken and garlic.
