  • 2 pounds baby back ribs
  • SAUCE
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vinegar (white or cider vinegar)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Brown the ribs in a heavy skillet in oil. Transfer to a large greased baking pan bone side down.

  • Step 4: Pour sauce over browned ribs.

  • Step 5: Bake in preheated oven or grill uncovered for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until fall-off-the-bone-tender.
