Step 1: Shrimp ... Baby shrimp, also known as cocktail shrimp, are very tiny shrimp. They are most often found in the freezer section of your grocery store. They are usually very inexpensive, but work perfectly for this recipe. But you can use any shrimp that is on sale if you prefer. Make sure to thaw the shrimp in a colander (so they do NOT sit in water); and, in the refrigerator - NOT on the counter.
Step 2: Dip ... Add the soup, cream cheese, 2 scallions, garlic salt, shrimp, and a dash of hot together in a small bowl and mix well. Season with pepper or more hot sauce if needed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Step 3: Serve ... With your favorite crackers, toasted baguettes, celery sticks, pita chips, etc. ENJOY!
