Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound asparagus (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter (not fake stuff)
  • 1 tablespoon lime pepper seasoning
  • 1 can (10 ounce) Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies, Rotel)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350f.

  • Step 2: Snap the asparagus stem to remove the woody parts.

  • Step 3: Place the asparagus in a 8"x8" glass baking dish.

  • Step 4: Melt the butter in a small saucepan.

  • Step 5: Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

  • Step 6: Pour over the asparagus.

  • Step 7: Cover tightly with foil and marinade for 30 minutes.

  • Step 8: Place in oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

  • Step 9: Remove from oven and serve warm.
