Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound firm tofu
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh or bottled lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 stalk celery, finely diced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pickle relish (I use sweet)
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Mayonnaise (of your choice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Squeeze block of tofu over sink and remove as much water as possible; crumble pieces into bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  • Step 2: Mix in next 6 spices, celery, onions and fresh parsley; allow to chill for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add pickle relish, mayonnaise; Cover and chill about an hour.
