How to Make

  • Step 1: Start the oven preheating to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Brown ground beef with onion, peppers and celery. Drain grease.

  • Step 3: In a large bowl combine all ingredients, but only 1/2 cup of cheese. Mix well and place into a prepared casserole dish with a lid. (I use a 9x13 and cover with tinfoil.)

  • Step 4: Cover the casserole and bake for 30 minutes.

  • Step 5: Uncover casserole, and stir.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle the last 1/2 cup of cheese on top and bake 15 more minutes to melt cheese.
