Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pound frozen turkey roll roast in gravy, thawed
  • 1 cup slivered onion
  • 1 cup petit baby carrots, chopped
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cups turkey broth or chicken broth
  • Cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
  • 3 tbsp. corn starch

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place meat and any gravy from the package in the bottom of the crock pot.

  • Step 2: Surround the roast with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, 1 cup of the broth, thyme and bay leaf; season with cracked black pepper.

  • Step 3: Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.

  • Step 4: Stir together the remaining cup broth with te kitchen bouquet and corn starch.

  • Step 5: Lift roast out of the pan, stir in broth and return roast to the pan. Cook on high for thirty minutes, or until gravy thickens.
