Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 scoops fat-free protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup non-fat powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup water (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (omit if using almond milk)
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients and press into a greased bread pan. Allow to set refrigerator.

  • Step 2: When firm enough dump from the pan and slice into 9 even bars.

  • Step 3: Store in individual baggies in refrigerator.
