Step 1: In a blender or food processor, pulse together the ketchup, sugar, vinegar, onion, minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 2: With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the oil. Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl down a couple times to ensure everything is thoroughly mixed.
Step 3: Transfer the dressing to a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 4: Refrigerate the dressing for at least 3 hours.
Step 5: Shake again before serving.
