Step 1: Rinse rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then drain.
Step 2: Place rice and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Cover, reduce heat and cook for 15-20 minutes or until rice is absorbed.
Step 4: Remove from heat. Quickly place a clean folded dishtowel between the lid and pan and allow to sit undisturbed for about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Fluff with fork, fold in sesame oil and seeds, and serve.
