Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Place fish fillet in a baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray.
Step 3: Season with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning mix. (Just sprinkle on top, no need to season both sides)
Step 4: Drizzle with olive oil, and dot with butter.
Step 5: Place the two slices of lemon on top. Squeeze juice from what's remaining after cutting the two slices over the fish.
Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.
