Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 Swai fillet (catfish or tilapia would be perfect subs)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 lemon (cut two slices and use the remaining portion for juice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  • Step 2: Place fish fillet in a baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Season with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning mix. (Just sprinkle on top, no need to season both sides)

  • Step 4: Drizzle with olive oil, and dot with butter.

  • Step 5: Place the two slices of lemon on top. Squeeze juice from what's remaining after cutting the two slices over the fish.

  • Step 6: Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.
