  • 1 can (4 ounce) sliced mushrooms (or fresh mushrooms, sliced)
  • 1 can (15 ounce) beef broth
  • 1 cup white rice (dry, long grain)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Step 2: Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Add broth and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Step 4: Cover and bake 45-60 minutes.
