The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar (more if you want)
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup raisins

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the oatmeal, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

  • Step 2: In another bowl whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg white, and

  • Step 4: Stir in raisins.

  • Step 5: Seperate into 5 mounds on cookie sheet.

  • Step 6: Shape into cookies, about 1/4" thickness.

  • Step 7: Bake at preheated 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

  • Step 8: Let cool, then flip cookies upside down and bake for another 2 minutes.
