Step 1: Brown burger over medium high heat ( 5 on an electric stove ).
Step 2: Add mushroom, spices, Worcestershire sauce and chopped bacon.
Step 3: Cook until well browned.
Step 4: Add beer, liquid smoke and barbecue sauce.
Step 5: Add potato.
Step 6: Stir until mixed well and potato starts to brown.
Step 7: Continue to heat until all liquid is gone.
Step 8: Serve on rolls.
