Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise (do not use Miracle Whip)
  • 1 scallion diced (white and green parts)
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon hot sauce (I prefer Franks)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon ketchup (just for a little sweetness and color)
  • OPTIONS
  • Chopped capers, minced chives, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything together and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using. Overnight is even better if you have the time. ENJOY!

  • Step 2: Note: As mentioned ... you could always add capers, chives, lemon juice or garlic. For me, it really depends on what you are serving it with. Also, start with 1/2 cup Miracle Whip, but if you are someone who likes their sauce a bit more creamy, you may want to add a bit more. I do the same with the hot sauce; you can always add more. It is all to taste.
