Step 1: Slice the eggs in half lengthwise, removing the yolks and place them in a bowl. Placing the whites on a serving platter or 2 plates. Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork.
Step 2: Gently dot any moisture off with a paper towel from each yolk hole, then sprinkle some salt over all the whites.
Step 3: To the mashed yolks, add in mayonnaise and remaining 6 ingredients. Mix very well with a wooden spoon. Taste and see if you want to add more salt.
Step 4: Evenly spoon heaping teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
