How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine cornstarch, water, and soy sauce in a large plastic resealable bag. Add potatoes, seal bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Drain and dry on paper towels.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes on baking sheet, Coat the fries with an olive oil cooking spray or olive oil in a spray bottle. Sprinkle salt over the fries.
