Step 1: For the crust, Mix first 3 ingredients using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter as you would when making pie crust until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 2: Press crumb mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: For filling; Combine all filling ingredients. Pour over crust and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F or until lightly golden on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
