Step 1: Grease a large cookie sheet. Set aside.
Step 2: Combine nuts, water and sugar in a large saute pan. Cook over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon, until it gets thick and caramelizes.
Step 3: Pour the caramelized nuts onto the prepared cookie sheet, spreading them evenly out onto the pan. Let the nuts cool.
Step 4: Use any way you want to.
