Step 1: Blend together flour, baking soda and salt.
Step 2: Blend in whole wheat flour and raisins.
Step 3: Make a well in centre of dry ingredients.
Step 4: Add milk and molasses.
Step 5: Divide batter among 4 greased 20oz cans.
Step 6: Cover each with aluminum foil and tie in place.
Step 7: Steam for 1 hour.
Step 8: Serve warm or cold.
