Step 1: In a small bowl combine vinegar and seasonings.
Step 2: Gradually whisk in the olive oil to blend.
Step 3: Serve over your favorite salad greens. (Especially nice topped with shaved Parmesan).
Step 4: Refrigerate any unused vinaigrette. Return to room temperature to serve.
