Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 6 inch patty pan squash or 3 small ones
  • 3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2 table spoons fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic finely chopped
  • 3 tablesoons marsala wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the top off the squash and remove the seeds and membrane. Reserve the hat (top of squash).

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together, mix well Stuff the squash and put it's hat back on

  • Step 3: Bake in a 375 0ven for 1 hour or adjust the time for smaller squash most will take at least 45 minutes
