The ingredients are:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package pork sausage
  • 1 pound frozen tater tots (Ore-Ida tater tots)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled crushed saltine crackers
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until cooked through. Spread sausage into greased baking dish.

  • Step 2: Cover sausage with green beans, then tater tots.

  • Step 3: In small bowl, combine canned soups. Add salt and pepper if you want. Spread over the potatoes. Crumble crackers on top.

  • Step 4: Bake for 1 hour.
