Step 1: Beat together the eggs, milk & sour cream/cottage cheese.
Step 2: Chop your onions, brie and crab.
Step 3: Heat a nonstick pan (with a lid) over medium heat, lightly spray with oil, pour in the eggs, spread the eggs evenly over the pan, cover with lid.
Step 4: After 2 minutes add crab, green onions & brie to one side of the omelette. Season with salt and pepper. Return lid to pan.
Step 5: All stoves differ so be careful that the omelette is not getting overcooked on the bottom. After total time of 5 minutes flip the side without the filling over the filling side. Serve.
