Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup artificial crab, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped white and green parts
  • 2 ounces brie, rind removed, cut into small pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat together the eggs, milk & sour cream/cottage cheese.

  • Step 2: Chop your onions, brie and crab.

  • Step 3: Heat a nonstick pan (with a lid) over medium heat, lightly spray with oil, pour in the eggs, spread the eggs evenly over the pan, cover with lid.

  • Step 4: After 2 minutes add crab, green onions & brie to one side of the omelette. Season with salt and pepper. Return lid to pan.

  • Step 5: All stoves differ so be careful that the omelette is not getting overcooked on the bottom. After total time of 5 minutes flip the side without the filling over the filling side. Serve.
