Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar pace Picante Sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened (or you can use that new Philly cooking cream)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 to 4 cups cooked bow-tie pasta

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook the beef, onion, garlic and Italian seasoning in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Drainfat.

  • Step 2: Stir the picante sauce and cream cheese, salt and pepper in the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15-20 minutes stirring often. Stir in the pasta and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
