  • 3 egg yolks (large egg yolks)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (8 or 9 inch) graham pie crust (ready-made purchased)
  • Whipped topping (Cool Whip or whipped cream)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Beat egg yolks in medium bowl with mixer, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust.

  • Step 3: Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Remove from oven. Cool 1 hour. Chill at least 3 hours.

  • Step 4: Before serving, spread whipped topping over pie. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
