Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound kale (one bunch curly leaf, washed and spinned dry in a salad spinner then pat dry with a paper towel)
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 300ºF.

  • Step 2: Place one kale leaf on a cutting board. Using a small, sharp knife, cut the middle vein and stem from the leaf and discard. Repeat for the remaining kale leaves.

  • Step 3: Place a piece of foil into baking sheets then place a wire rack on top of each sheet. Evenly distribute the kale in one layer on each rack. Coat the kale lightly with 4 seconds of olive oil spray, then sprinkle salt and pepper over the kale.

  • Step 4: Place in the oven and bake until crisp, about 15-20 minutes.
