  • 4 ounces cream cheese (very soft, you can use one 8 ounce package for more creamy taste)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup green or sweet red pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sweet relish (pickle or hamburger)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 8 large eggs (hard boiled and chopped)

How to Make
