Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In shallow bowl, mix all dry ingredients together (salt substitute and next 9 ingredients).
Step 2: Heat large skillet with vegetable oil. Dip each chicen piece in egg then into spice mixture; coat well. Set coated chicken on a rack and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Add to the skillet and brown about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove to paper toweling to drain oil.
Step 4: Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
