Step 1: In a Dutch oven add ground beef and Italian sausage meat with onions with about 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Cook stirring frequentely until the meat is well browned.
Step 2: Add in the two jars of marinara sauce, chopped tomatoes with juice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepperoni salt and pepper. Bring to a boil stirring.
Step 3: Reduce the heat to low and simmer covered 1 hour. Uncover add in red wine and simmer (uncovered) another 45-60 minutes. Season again with salt at the end. Serve with pasta.
