Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds beef strip loin (steak, cut into 1 inch strips)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Tabasco sauce (few drops)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together the soy sauce, apple juice, ginger, sesame oil, garlic and Tabasco sauce.

  • Step 2: Add the steak strip to marinade and marinate for a couple hours.

  • Step 3: Thread meat strips onto metal skewers or soaked wooden skewers.

  • Step 4: Place skewers on a well oiled medium-heat grill and cook about 4 minute per side until done.
