Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 3 tablespoons butter (or your favorite margarine - I use Becel margarine)
  • 1 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, combine butter, tomatoes, oregano, salt and peper; set aside

  • Step 2: Cut cauliflower into florets to make about 4 cups; place in a steamer basket over about an inch of boiling water; cover and steam cauliflower until tender crisp, about 4 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add cauliflower to butter mixture; toss well to coat.
