Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup milk (I use 2%)
  • 4 slices fresh whole wheat bread
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1/2 cup chilli sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F degrees

  • Step 2: Swirl bread slices in food processor or blender to make crumbs

  • Step 3: Set aside a few cranberries to sprinkle on top of loaf. Mix all ingredients together except the chilli sauce.

  • Step 4: Place the mix into a loaf pan; bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour

  • Step 5: Remove from oven; turn out onto an oven safe platter; spread chilli sauce over top of loaf and sprinkle saved cranberries on top, press the cranberries in a little.

  • Step 6: Return to oven and bake a further 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Serve hot or cold
