Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F degrees
Step 2: Swirl bread slices in food processor or blender to make crumbs
Step 3: Set aside a few cranberries to sprinkle on top of loaf. Mix all ingredients together except the chilli sauce.
Step 4: Place the mix into a loaf pan; bake on middle oven rack for 1 hour
Step 5: Remove from oven; turn out onto an oven safe platter; spread chilli sauce over top of loaf and sprinkle saved cranberries on top, press the cranberries in a little.
Step 6: Return to oven and bake a further 15 minutes.
Step 7: Serve hot or cold
