Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 to 1 1/4 pounds ham steaks
  • Glaze:
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (it is best to use real maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon (or a pinch) ground ginger

How to Make

  • Step 1: Glaze ... Mix everything together in a small cup.

  • Step 2: Ham ... Brush the glaze on one side of the ham steak and place that side down either in a saute pan or on the grill. I prefer to use a non-stick pan if possible. Then continue to glaze the ham often as it cooks. ENJOY!
