Step 1: Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot; add pasta and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a separate pan, combine soups, milk, Tabasco, onion powder, garlic powder, and white pepper.
Step 3: Heat soup mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Rough chop crab meat and broccoli (if necessary)and add to sauce mixture; cook another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: When pasta is done, drain and return to pan.
Step 6: Pour sauce over pasta and stir to mix well; stir in 1 cup cheese and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese melts.
Step 7: Top each serving with additional shredded cheese and serve.
