  • 1 1/2 cups light cream (such as half and half cream)
  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons bourbon whiskey, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup light cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl combine the cooled coffee with brown sugar, 1 1/2 cups light cream and cinnamon; mix until no sugar granules remain. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze until firm (about 5 hours). In a blender blend the frozen cubes with 1/2 cup light cream and the bourbon whiskey. Pour into glasses
