Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Spray a 9 x 13 pan and set aside.
Step 3: Crust: Combine flour, salt and icing sugar in medium bowl.
Step 4: Cut in margarine until crumbly and the fat/flour balls are the size of peas.
Step 5: Press into prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 6: Filling: Combine all ingredients for filling and pour over hot crust and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 7: When bar is completely cool, sprinkle with icing sugar (through a fine sieve).
