The ingredients are:
  • 8 coloured mini peppers, cut lengthwise, seeds and membrane removed
  • 8 tablespoons riccota cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finel chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablesppon parmesan chees, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients except peppers together

  • Step 2: Stuff the cleaned peppers

  • Step 3: Place in oven proof dish 375f oven bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese mixture is heated right through. The peppers will still be a bit crisp
