Step 1: Combine bread crumbs, 1/4 cup pistachios, cheese, parsley and mustard in a shallow dish.
Step 2: Dip fish in milk and then into crumb mixture; place in a shallow greased baking dish.
Step 3: Drizzle fish with butter; sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
Step 4: Bake at 450F for 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
