Step 1: Pound chicken to 1/4-inch thickness between two pieces of plastic wrap.
Step 2: Press lemon-pepper seasoning evenly onto both sides of chicken.
Step 3: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat until shimmering.
Step 4: Add chicken and cook about 7 minutes (or until juices run clear), turning once.
Step 5: Remove chicken to a warmed serving platter and keep warm.
Step 6: In same skillet, combine vinegar, broth and garlic; cook over medium-high heat, scraping up browned bits, about 2 minutes or until mixture is reduced and syrupy.
Step 7: Add butter to pan; stir to melt.
Step 8: Reduce heat to medium-low; return chicken to pan and cook 2 minutes on each side.
Step 9: To serve, pour remaining sauce from pan over chicken on plates.
