  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 pound frozen pearl onions, thawed
  • 1 2/3 cups red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in a non stick skillet, medium heat, add sugar and onions Saute 8 minutes stirring often.

  • Step 2: Add red pepper and remaining ingredient, stir frequently for another 2 minutes.

  • Step 3: The onions should be golden and the pepper still crisp
