  • 4 tablespoons flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in heavy saucepan on top of stove.

  • Step 5: Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

  • Step 6: Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
