Step 1: Grease a three-quart casserole dish; preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Combine, soup, cheese, milk, water, parsley and garlic powder in a bowl; mix in chicken cubes.
Step 3: Place mixture in prepared casserole dish and smooth the top; cover and bake for one hour at 350F.
Step 4: Stir in broccoli; cover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
Step 5: Uncover and allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
